Totally globalised, sport in the 21st century requires ever more regulation, both evolutionary and adaptable. The challenges of global sport such as integrity, credibility and sustainability require the close cooperation of many stakeholders: national and international sports organisations, the local, national and international public sector, NGOs, but also sponsors, broadcasters, network providers and event organisers. As the global sport ecosystem is increasingly complex, it requires a good understanding of its legal and geopolitical dimensions as well as the multiple challenges it faces.
The CAS in Regulation of Global Sport prepares its participants to become expert managers in the regulation of global sport for, for example, multinational corporations, international organisations, law firms, courts, NGOs and universities.
