How to respond to burning questions concerning the equine industry

Social License to Operate (SLO) in equestrian sports and appropriate communication on the subject were the focus of a training course organised by Swiss Horse Professional in Bern (CENB) on 11 June. Dr Stéphane Montavon, DVM provided a communication tool for answering burning questions. More than 20 participants of all ages, genders and from several equestrian disciplines were able to practise their communication skills. It was a success that was both pleasing to see and hear.
